Alfeon Posted January 30, 2016 Share Posted January 30, 2016 I requested 2 weeks ago about getting my founder pack refunded and have it to my new character, but I still don't have them and they said that it's already been transferred and completed even though I don't have them yet and my character from Mushin has been deleted already and my ncoins has been refunded as well. Alfeon Posted January 30, 2016 Author Share Posted January 30, 2016 I sent a lot of screenshots of my bank, mail, inventory and wardrobe that I do not have any of my items yet to my new character in my ticket. My character name is "Sasukè" and the "è" is Alt + numpad 138 keyboard symbol. I even sent them screenshot of the email they sent me when I upgraded all my founder pack.
