can't enter messages / add friends

every time i type into message chat it won't send and no1 can see what im saying. commands like /dance or /sit aren't working and i can't add my friend, nor can he add me

he's having the same problem

what i did that probably caused the problem was deleting a character and changing servers for the other one? i have no idea, but the other characters were working just fine.

Hey yaaah, at the moment it might not work until you're level 11 or higher.

well the chat is working fine but I still can't add my friend
