Help selecting chest size for my character

Hi,

 

I made my female Jin +4 chest size.  (I adjust her height to match Yun's height, which is taller, thats why I make the chest +4 to match the height)

But previewing some costumes it seems too big?

Some costumes it seems ok, but some costumes looks kinda big?  Is it the costume's fault or I set the chest size too high?
