Highest DPS class

So, my question is after these skills come out.  Which class has the highest DPS on a PVE/Dragon/PVP in order.

Since you can spec all the classes differently, play them differently, and since dps is not the only factor for successful play I would say a list like this doesn't make too much sense....

You helped? The question was not about successful play or any other factors. It was simply what class does HIGHEST DPS. I fail to believe that each class can lash out the same amout of damage the way you "Spec" them.
