Same problem persist for two days

My marketplace it's off for two days... i repair my game 3 times and not solved nothing... please i need help to fix this...

If i rememeber correctly some people had it fixed by repairing their IE browser, the interface uses browser window.

I remember seeing something about this... In windows' internet options. Search the forum for something like that.
