Correct. A Founders Pack are for players who bought before the game was released hence founder.

Mmm. Not sure if the outfits will be coming back but its possible in the future. Only thing is they will most likely not release a master pack because it was really bang for your buck deal. 120 dollars for 3 account bound outfits, 3 months of premium, headsteat, 7200 Ncoins, level 5 rank hongmoon store. etc... the value of that pack was worth abouyt  750 dollars?

Yeah true that. It was the same shit that happened in League of Legends. Goth Annie was a exclusive CE package and as soon Riot try to release that skin for people to buy it, SO MANY PEOPLE complain and Riot decided not to release that skin to the public.
