Disconnecting During Main Quest

I get an error when I enter the Shadowmist Crypts in the Scorching Sands - Cinderlands area and have tried multiple times during this past hour. Does anybody have a solution to this issue?

I'm not sure, I can't screenshot it and I haven't written it down. 

 

Hours later, I still cannot enter. Rather frustrating.

 

Edit: I have sent in a ticket in hopes that they could skip me to the next quest, but any solutions to this would be appreciated in case they do not answer by the time I start playing tomorrow in the afternoon.
