i have gotten multiple of every weapon class except my own...does it not let me get my own? i need it to upgrade my weapon

Nah. RNG is just messing with you. Just wait until you can buy the weapon off the marketplace. You need to hit level15 first. Getting there with your current weapon is doable.

best bet is just to spend the nc coin and buy a key.  I spent 2 days "farming" the wheel for my specific weapons and finally just said screw it and got a key. Now at 45 its the only way to roll quiet literally lol.  The cost of everything is so crazy, opening, breaking seals then the constant need to farm keys not at least the little gems to play the wheel.   Everything in this damn game cost money and its a bit annoying.

Everything in general cost something. The game is F2P, you expect to get good gear for free without much investment? That just wouldn't make any sense. Good luck on the farm, it's often the most annoying element for MMOs.

most weapon/item can be got on market by other ppl faster then some chest

Stalker weapon is blue series, which is tradable on market...

if you dont have enough luck on the wheel, just levelling till lv 16, so you could buy them on marketplace for several silver or copper...

just a little warn, you'll need many keys on next upgrade weapon since it is purple series, which is untradable... :)
