How much time it takes to attend a ticket in game support

The problem with NCSoft support is not how long it takes for an answer but how long it takes for it to correctly handled and closed. 12-30 hours for first reply, most likely an auto response about a different issues, then you reply back I'm not even talking about that, then you get another auto reply that was the same as last. Eventually, after your 7th GM you get frustrated and threaten to quit if they don't take the time to read your ticket instead of skimming for key words to give you an auto reply. Then the next GM understands the situation and says you have to be offline for them to fix it. Then you take the day off and long in and it wasn't fixed. Then you update your ticket every day hoping the one GM that said he would help you gets the ticket again.
