How long did it take to transfer characters?

When NCSOFT offered to move NCoin/names and such off high population servers how long did your guys support tickets take?

It took about 5 days for my character to be moved from Mushin to another server. Faster than I thought it would.

Okay thanks, guess I'll need to check when I submitted my ticket once I get home from work.

Or not I guess I missed it by a few hours and they won't move my character name and refund coins....sigh a waste of coins and a name since I already rerolled the same class on a different server and hes further along than the original one.

Sorry bro. It happened to a lot of people. Have to quickly do those things. We all learn.

Sadly I care less about the coin or more about getting the name on one of the characters I'm actually going to play.
