Chapter 20: Abbandoned post speak with chugen no where in sight

Chugen can't be found. I did the entire Adders Nest dungeon and he isn't anywhere inside. Anyone know how to fix this?

If you mean Chengun, you can't do it through the dungeon finder; when you walk in the entrance while on that quest you enter a separate version that is specifically for that quest (like the alternate version of Plague Hollow when you visit it during the attack on Jadestone).  Then you'll find him pretty close to the entrance.
