How often can you gather?

How often can you gather things from locations? 

 

For me, for example, gathering wolf bones from specific locations using trappers alliance. I go and gather at a location, how long until it re-spawns again or until I can go to another location and gather wolf bones?

You only gather it once, then you send you gathering guild you join to gather the bones for you.
