Hongmoon Store item purchased not received.

As per the subject heading, purchased an item from the Hongmoon store and NC coin was charged but did not receive the item in mail.

 

It shows up in purchase history too. Submitted a ticket, what next? How do I contact a GM in game about this?

What's the turn around time for these kind of issues to be resolved? Still haven't received a response nor have I received the item in mail...
