grinding

i'm new to the game so to save myself from wasting time doing unnecessary quests, i just searched for levelling guides. All of the guides I found recommends to grind certain instances for easy level, say Jackal Dig. I don't particularly like grinding but its better since there are tons of other players in the open world that you have to wait for spawns and such. But when I tried to grind it gives a lot less xp that what was in the videos. Were they balanced?

Jackals dig with xp buff candy on is literally the easiest you can lvl 2 or maybe 3 in 10minutes.

Yes, go grind and miss out ton of weapon exp upgrades that u get from random quests.

Leveling up is as easy as just doing quests as the game progresses, dailies, and PvP. It does not take that long at all so I wouldn't worry about level grinding. You should worry more about items, equipment, outfits, etc. That is the real grind.
