Crafting & Gathering

I have a problem.. and i have no idea what i am doing wrong or else...
i am at the Tree Fellers gathering guild... i have already achieved 2 guild points so i would like to collect the samples that i unlocked.. i found the location of the sample (Pine Sap) it is shining soooo it looks available :D but whatever i do it does not allow me to collect the sample and i have no idea what i am missing (i was w8ing... relogged... changed channel... :_D )

(btw i am lv 36 and i had no problem when i collected the sample of (Pine Log)

if you could tell what i missed i would appreciate it...

Once you collected it, you can give orders.

Look in window (key L) and you can see it's unlocked.

 

No need stare at the sample. Once done, you can do normal gaming while giving orders.
