Inappropriate character names.

Topic title pretty much makes the point; for a game whose built in profanity filter won't even let me say 'salvage' without censoring 'vage', seeing names like 'little fuker' is a bit weird - and it's not the most abrasive name I've seen. 

Just to be clear, I don't agree with the teaching of individual words as profane, but rather the intent - the problem here is the perceived intent is to be profane intentionally. Personally, if it were up to me I'd make everyone use an actual 'name' for their characters, not some phrase or nonsense but I'm well aware this is a lot to ask for; that being said, I don't think it's a lot to ask to keep the game clear of blatantly egregious names. 

 

I haven't noticed a report function for these sorts of issues, if there isn't one it would be a nice addition - if there is, would anyone mind pointing it out?

Yeeeaaah... you don't even have to really be a prude about profanity to admit that isn't okay.

Meh. Juvenile people making characters with juvenile names has pretty much been a staple of MMOs since time immemorial. Best to just ignore it and press on with your day. It'll most like be addressed soon enough.
