Will a Pre-Paid Visa work to buy NCoin?

I have some cash that I'd like to put on the game but I dont personally have access to a CC or Debit card right now, was thinking about buying a Visa Card that you can load around 10-15 bucks on and using that just to do it this time, but dont wanna go out and buy one and find out it wont work.
