You should probably report this in the bug section so it gets resolved. I don't see any GM's in here solving people complaints....

I dont see them resolving any complaints and issues there either. Ticket is currently 3 days with no reply for my other missing items.

All my tickets have been handled and resolved to a very high level of satisfaction, taking a bit right now, as they are swamped, but they will get to it.

Good point, they never responded to my complaint about the wardrobe being broken either.
I guess they have bigger fish to fry, like keeping the servers online. XD
