The Red and Normal Pirate Princess Outfits appears to steal the breasts from the Jin and Yun females.

That's the way the outfit is supposed to be. There are other outfits that also do that. :)

Yeah I would have to say that's an apparent bug since it doesn't do it to all female characters.

As I said, that is how it's supposed to be. Look at the KR and CN and TW versions if you don't believe me. Yuns and Jins get their breasts flattened. Gons don't. And Lyns are flat anyway. It's the way the outfit is because Poharan is flat-chested.
