Is there a way to obtain this key from quest?

Know i shouldn't have spent my Brilliant Moonwater key on lycan weapon chest, and i'm having trouble to obtain the right Hujikar weapon after over 100 keys.

 

Is there a way to obtain this key from drop or quest? I can't seem to remember.

 

EDIT: Just when i'm become dire stuck, RNG shows mercy. Problem solved itself while i was least expected.

normaly you get 1 key for each region. if there is a chance you get to get second one its realy realy slim.

btw you should keep it for harder bosses than hujikar also...!
