Fullscreen yet task bar is still showing

I set my graphics to full screen and yet my task bar is still showing.  Is there some way in game to switch it off.  Other than using auto hide in windows.  So I can hve a truly fullscreen.

 

Its very annoying does anyone else have this problem???

Fullscreen in game is borderless window. Sometimes windows messes up with those when you switch focus etc. You could try pressing alt-enter to make it true fullscreen.

Is your desktop resolution the same as your game resolution. If not try to make them the same (and adjust the scaling of text if the game passes the boundary of the monitor).  I had this problem in other games and it was caused by the Windows built in scaling on high res monitors
