Stupid Queue... WTF Ncsoft²

i'm waiting since the 17PM... it's 1:30AM now... wtf is that ? if one premium enter in queue... queue bugged and not go more ahead.... the logical order of the queue is totally wrong, it should be five non-premium players for one premium player (it's my opinion)
