Game won't let me create character

So... I have a very nice computer that runs all games perfectly at very high graphics so i know i can run this game. So when i installed the game a few problems but i got through it. Now im trying to play for the first time but when i get to create character my computer restarts. At first it says it detects a power surge everytime like 5 times in a row so I just turned it off the asus anti surge. Now with it off once i enter create character screen my computer completely restarts. any solutions to this? Thanks

Hey Dualstar1, this definitely seems like a new one. Are you by chance running any Razer or Asus services in the background?

Well you can:

#repair game files

#turn off antivirus, firewall, vpn & boost etc. and try again

#run the game in its proper compatibility mode

#wait 1 month and try again lmao

#run a debug, if you know how
