It says this comes from "Acquired Taste" but browsing the Acquired Taste "ALL" list, nothing of the sort shows up. How do you obtain Scorching Dragon Soup???

I am trying to figure out how find ANY cooking recipe. Im lvl 45 and still making buns! Iv got the iron ox meat i think its called and other gathering items up to the point of where i am relevant tot he map but am still not unlocking any cooking recipes. Help!! :)
