Level 15 Story Quest Text Doesnt Go Away

Just thought i would mention this to.

 

I hit the lvl 15 story quest yesterday at 13.

 

The text that i had to press k and select a skill was impossible till i hit 15 but the actual text never went away.

 

I had to hit 15 for it too and that took awhile but during then it stayed there blocking map items etc.

 

It was quite annoying.
