Assassin flash bang?

There doesn't seem to be class forums so I ask here. I myself play assassin and I'm level 39 at the moment. In arena almost every assassin I encounter uses this blinding ability making whole screen go white, but even I browse my skill book I can't figure what ability it is. So my question is how to do that as assassin. I also just figured tier 3 Swiftstep will blind, so is it that one or something else?

That is one of them. Your tab when your cc'd is also another. No need to spec it for it to do it.

Its your TAB CC break on KDs and dazes, and if skilled up stuns, grapples etc.
