Which servers are which regions?

How do I tell which servers are targeted at which region of the world?

 

In particular I'm located on the west coast in North america, which servers are likely to have others in this area?  

 

Does it matter?  (Some games have scheduled events and such)

ALL NA servers are located in TX.

Thank you, that tells me where the servers are,  and though that's good information to have, it doesn't answer the questions that I asked.

There's NA and EU,  That's all the differentiation that currently exists.  You only ever actually see the servers for your region (you have to select between the two in the launcher.)

 

That said, apparently some areas are attempting (unsure how successful) to claim certain servers for their country/region/etc.
