[Blade Master] Rotations and such?

I've been trying to read some guides, but I'm not really sure which are aligned with whatever skill patch we have. What is my rotation for this class? General guide for skill build? I know I might have to "tank"/hold the aggro late game if there is no KFM, or something of that nature, right?
