The queue times are an estimate and may be longer or shorter than displayed. Unfortunately we cannot predict what players in the game will do with 100% accuracy.

 

We are actively working on more ways to alleviate queues, we'll have more details soon!

Oh I understand... Its just frustrating... Just like its frustrating buying Ncoins only not to have them hours and hours after you purchased them : /
