cant proceed after login

i install the ncsoft launcher and bns . i enter my login and pass . after that nothing is happening . literally nothing. again i open bns type my id and pass . after that nothing. is that my system cant run this game ?

Try putting your antivirus program on silent/gaming mode, or turning it off to see if that is the issue.

Or it can be that your antivirus or your firewall has blocked  connection to the game.

Also check that nothing is working in the background like windows update.That might slow your internet enough that you would get timed out.

I am having the exact same problem. Tried reinstalling, restarting, and disabling my antivirus. Still persists.

After I enter my email and password nothing happens.

Alright. I found a fix for this problem. Make sure the BnS shortcut is running in compatibility mode for the correct version of windows.

Right click - properties - compatibility. Worked for me.

I'm having the same problem, and while everyone is saying the compatibility mode is the fix, I've tried that and it changes nothing. Prior to changing the compatibility it would just crash and tell me the program was not responding, but now it just disappears and nothing launches afterwards. I can't install or play the game.

Edit: I tried turning off all firewalls, antivirus is down, and still nothing happens.
