Repair files stuck at 0/85

every time i launch the game i either get a error with the launcher or stuck on this screen i got to create a character but everytime im waiting in the que it kicks me out and says error and i have to start all over

Can you please clarify, are you sometimes able to get into the game, but other times you get the "repair files" stuck issue?

no i have not been able to get in the game at all im trying to re install right now but now im just getting network failed error when i try to download the BnS_liteInstaller
