Downer Posted January 20, 2016 Share Posted January 20, 2016 It's happening due to the failure of a launcher provided by NCSOFT technology, that the patch cannot get past its initial stage of downloading the required files to decompress then install them. First, screenshot the error messages, make sure you capture all errors(commonly more than 1 or 2). Then you guys need to ALL SEND A *cricket*ING TICKET with the screenshots you took, provide them the names of the zip.files the launcher fails to download and request them to send you them directly through E-mail. And finally you will take the file they'll PROBABLY agree to give you, and put it in something looks like C:\Program Files (x86)\NCSOFT\BnS\$Patch$\10\Patch\Zip\contents\bns\CookedPC Go onto patching again. Best if a file check is first done. LET US HOPE NCSOFT TECHNOLOGY RECOGNIZES THE FILES AND FINALLY FINISHES ITS JOB!
