BnS crash after entering PIN number

BnS is crashing on me every time after entering PIN number.

I've tryed reinstalling the game, updating drivers, directX etc. and nothing works :\

My PC is i7, 16 GB RAM, GTX 970.

 

HELP :(

Day 2 after a minor update game crash too, after entering PIN. I was able to play in Day 1 with same hardware/software.

 

My specs:

*SO:    Windows 10 Pro x64

*CPU:  AMD 8350 4.0 GHZ

*GPU:  AMD 270x 2GB

*RAM: 8GB

Same Here..I Just Got Crash Just Now..

 

My CPU is below average so its no problem running 100++ fps

 

Now i cant enter the game and always crash after input PIN...

 

How to solve this ?

 

Is the server maintenance ?

Same problem here. Worked fine, but after a small update today the game crashes after I enter my PIN. Any help is appreciated

I can confirm this happens to me too. Just after todays tiny update.

Looks like crash when try connect to server for verify the pin (sorry for my english)

Servers are under maintenance... check it, thats why =)

Ok thx for info :) . And Nice way from ncsoft to tell about the maintenance i just get crashed and now just crash wihout mensage or say nothing.

Do you guys even read when someone answers on a post....? KaedeOtori just shared a link being the one below. It mentions not only te reason for the crashes: Servers down, but also in that post how much time it will take. Thanks for at least trying to read earlier answers before posting you've got the same problems.  This way people will find the answer way sooner as to why it doesn't work :)

that is, the error is because the servers are off
