Cannot Purchase Founders Pack?!

Technically there isn't any reason they can't add the items etc but they won't. After what I bought (the month premium) is gone from my disciple pack I'll be moving on to other games I think. I've lost any trust I had in NCSoft with this and they'll not be getting any further money.

2800 coins is a laughable compensation for not being able to upgrade to a the masters pack and wasting $50 on the Disciple pack I didn't even want.

I still haven't gotten mine, I resubmitted my ticket but no response yet. I hope it won't drag out to the point where I can't even claim the compensation anymore...
