Skipping Cutscenes

I've tried to skip two cutscenes today. First when Namsoyoo first shows up and when i arrived at whalesong whalesomething bay w/e i forgot the name.
i'm still lvl 10 and it seems i wont be able to reach not even 20 before release... 

Everytime i tried to skip those cutscenes my client went all black screen and stopped working. All i could do is close the client.exe on task manager.....

i've paid 75$ for this ._. lol..............

Whalesong Cove is definitely a cutscene you can't skip, both myself and my friend got caught on it today xD

I didnt skip Soha's cutscene and still went black screen

Very sorry! There is a known issue with some cut scenes causing a client crash. Please be careful until we can get that fixed.
