Can't Change Resolution

In Display Settings, no matter what Resolution I select, the game displays at 1280x800.  (If I take a screenshot with dxtory it's 1280x800, and the game looks quite pixelated.) My native monitor resolution is 1920x1200.  This is in fullscreen mode.  My graphics card drivers are up to date.  I also had this same issue in the beta tests and reported it then.
