In case you were like me and assumed you could just reserve a name and then change to whatever race/gender you want after head start, wrong. You can't, or at least I can't find out how.

I'm pretty sure you only can alter appearance as a race and class you chose already.

Not only that, you have to log into game first and claim your pack through the mail before the alterations become available to you.

I think if you want to change class and race the only option you have is to delete your character and create a new one with your prefered race, class and hopefully name. You can create another character and save the preset if you want to be sure to keep your name. Just wait until your character is deleted (I believe it takes 5min.) and spam until your new character is created. I could do that during the CBT, not sure if its different now.
