Hello. I've been familiar with BnS for many years already, player on and off on many servers, including KR/CN/RU, and I'd say the EN voice acting doesn't feel the same compared to the original KR one. Let's even say, it's a preference, but a lot of players have been asking about this - even during beta, I remember someone from Staff mentioned that it can be implemented.
First of all, the quality of localization is dubious in general, but lately even in game voices are inconsistent, I entered a certain location and there's a few NPCs, one of them speaks English and the other speaks Korean, and there's a lot of such occurrences, people are complaining and asking for KR/JP voices, people are turning off the sound completely, and so on. So why not enable the option to change to KR ones, especially at this state when not everything is "voice-acted", plus when there's more important issues at hand like fixing existing bugs?
I know that it's possible to change voices with 3rd party stuff, like voice packs - but since UE4 release it became harder to manage, players have to make it by themselves, 3rd party things also can crash your game, and that's understandable. So instead of going 3rd party route and fumbling with inconsistencies and CTDs, I think it would be wise if players could change voice language via launcher, and I don't see a reason why it would be technically hard to implement. And well, it's been 6 years.
Would be glad to hear a comment from NC @Green Storm regarding this.
