Engine got an upgrade, and so did some NPC's hair product.

Good riddance, it won't kill it because it already died for players who enjoyed the pvp. The people being punished are the ones who killed it. The cheaters using hackers and wintraders, the multiclient botters.

It appears the XP charms are sharing the global CD with the Reputation charms since Wednesday maintenance. I was able to use the event ones without issue, however all the standard 1 mil and 100k charms (purple and blue) went into 24 hour cooldown after using the reputation charm.
