Considering our Russian counterpart delayed their update by a week,and they get the same patches as NA/EU. Until something is posted on our end proving otherwise i'd say its safe to assume ours is delayed as well.

if its delayed, how hard is it to communicate and be like "Hey guys, update ran into a little issue,so we're gonna postpone it for a week" but as usual nothing but radio silence.

Still broken for me as well. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling to see if it would fix it, but no luck.
