PvP, Unable to trade, Premium inventory

Hi all, we all know that BnS is dying, PvP is dead and trying to make a new version of NEO seems ridiculous to me, especially because it is de facto just a remake of the older version of BnS.

If it were up to me, I would:
1. Brought back the rewards for PvP and I would increase them overall to give players motivation, but I would limit ranking to once per account, this would prevent the first 20 places being shared by two players.
2. Make at least small bonuses for the achievement of completing sets of soulshields, etc.
3. Make a world boss, something like blackwyrm used to be.
4. Cancel unable to trade and replace it with bound to account.
5. Players with a premium account would have premium inventory shared between their characters. It wouldn't be possible to just put weapons and gear in there.
