Holiday event's restriction for cosmetics boxes is such a disappointment

Dear GMs, the new Holiday event looks all good and it is offering all those cute Christmas outfits, but that "Account limit" is really kiling the mood. As a player who loves Blade & Soul's cosmetics, that restriction simply bursted my bubble of hype and threw me down in the mud of disappointment. I really don't understand your logic here. All the past events we had before which included outfits as exchange rewards, either had limitations  like "1 per a character" for a piece or no restrictions at all. And now we get that "Account limit: 2" for boxes full of cosmetics. Right on a Christmas event. Like seriously? Are you for real?
Dear GMs, Support team or whoever is organizing events, I know you always recommend players to post their suggestions about the game into the forums. That's why I am bothering to rant here. And I really hope you actually read forums' discussions and take them into consideration.
Please, don't ruin the Holiday event with those stupid restrictions and do something about it. Like removing cosmetic boxes' restriction or changing it.

Poor newbie, he still doesn't know how they work xD

 

With time you will learn you can't win with them if you stay here long enough to understand it yourself but if you don't spend your precious time on something more important is a good idea (I've been here for 6 years now, anything has changed to be better).
