Missing Text

Since the Sanguine Abyss patch, a lot of in-game text is missing. It shows as #no text. For example, the newly added Insignias and all messages in Sanguine Abyss appear to be missing text.

The attacks of Gammon, Ichoron, and mobs like the Abyssal Core are still missing text.
