Known Issues

• We are aware of an issue with Today’s Special for EU - BR being unavailable. We are working to address the issue and will provide an update once a resolution is in place. For the time being please swap to EU - EN to check out the updated Todays Specials. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.
• We are aware of the current issue with the Soul Boost Season 3 missions currently being blank. We are working to address this issue and will notify you when a fix is applied.
• Clicking Restock within Treasure Trove will incorrectly give the message "There is no key available at this time."  Treasure Trove keys and Expansions are available in the Hongmoon Store.
• The Battle Plaque and Battle Potion items in-game are incorrectly named “Soul Pass Plus Ticket [Stormtide Season 2]” and “Soul Pass Level Up [Stormtide Season 2].”  We expect to have this issue corrected during next week’s maintenance.
