Earthen Wheel of Fate Ticket - quest

I would like to ask how to finish quest: Notice: Recruiting for Ghoul Tree Hunger Expedition Unit. I have finished quest to kill Hamann and got Essence of Hunger but still quest is not finished. Someone with same problem, or what I am doing wrong?

hamann doesn't give wheel ticket, the boar does for event
