Suggestions about items purchasable with NCoin and outfits

From a business standpoint, I don't understand why this is not done unless it's for legal reasons or some other issue.

Take Premium Membership (90 Days) for example, if it was "sealed" and you could trade it or put it in the market, NCsoft would make more profits considering that it is only purchasable with NCoin and players that cannot or are not interested in buying it with NCoin could buy it from players. without the risk of scams through giftting or other ways and it would be more convenient, I think this would be good for other items as well, such as sealed outfit sets or sealed weapon illusions for example.

Regarding outfits and weapon illusions, some were not released again ever or just one or two times, I know that some re-released, but most outfit sets or weapon illusions are not released again at all, it's almost always the same, even more so for the weapon illusions, Sunflower weapon illusion and Cherry Bloom illusion is all that is on the Hongmoon Store usually.
