Shrouded Ajanara Drop Rate

This won't help at all but I want to show my displeasure here.
Shrouded Ajanara's drop rate can only be a joke! I came back from Lost Ark to Blade & Soul, I've been doing videos and live streams, I've done 300+ runs on live stream and many more off and I only had one coin? Not to mention the badge! How is this possible?
I was enjoying playing but this is impossible... I really feel bad about the game!

you only get coins once a day, 2-6 in easy mode, higher on the other modes, some drop mystic badge and amulet within 10 runs, others (like me never seen badge) need 100s of runs
