[Musician] No previous Story Quests achievements cleared, no skill points after using Level 60 Boost

I apologize if this is a repeat thread. I essentially used the voucher before the weekly maintenance happened on Oct. 19th.  I have current main story finished, but since i used the boost, all the previous main story related achievements are still set to unclear. My starting skill points are also missing even after the maintenance.

I have the same problem, my character was reset to level 5 and my account was cleared from all transactions i made before, I lost all the stuff i bought including costumes >.<
