Master's Soul Badge Essence Chest

Hi All, 

 

I couldn't find the post for this - but I have bought the Master's Soul Badge Essence Chest from the Dragon Express store to use the Wingrise Essence. Probably a silly question, but what do I do with the essence? Is there an NPC to trade it with to get the soul badge? Sorry its been a while since I played.

that essence is outdated, you get 3 soulbadges from soulboost, one for every spec
