New player from Russia

Hi all,

 

One of my russian friend want to start play with me, but she can't connect when she login in the laungher. She hasn't played this game before.

 

The launcher said to her: Login unavailable from blocked IPs or restricted accounts. Please contact customer support.

 

We want to play together and I don't know the solution of this problem. May anybody help me please?

Russia is a blocked country cause they have their own version of Blade and soul. If you want to play with her she needs a VPN or you need a VPN to connect to russian servers.

Even if she decides to play on EU Server she will feel at home there are alot of russians alot of them use it to earn their income.
